Who we are

Medic Route Ltd is responsible for the personal information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17204548, and our registered office is 2-4 Swan Square, Office 2, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 3EA.

For anything about this notice or your information, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you email us to register your interest, we receive what you send. That is usually your name, your business name and type, your email address and a contact number, plus anything else you put in your message.

This website has no forms, and we don't use analytics or advertising tools on it.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to tell you when we open, and to talk to you about opening a trade account.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to businesses that contact us, and to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract with you.

You have the right to object to us using your information on the basis of our legitimate interests. If you object, we will stop unless we have a compelling reason to continue. To object, email [email protected].

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It is handled for us by our service providers: Cloudflare, which hosts this website and passes on emails sent to our address, and mail.com, where those emails are delivered. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it. If you don't go on to open an account with us, we delete it within 12 months of receiving it, or sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

As well as the right to object, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• correct it if it's wrong
• delete it
• limit how we use it

Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies for analytics or advertising. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to protect the site from attacks.
